“Club Lettreurs” was founded in 2009 by Kevin Cocquio, sign painter from Brussels.
Kevin started as an assistant in the engraving / intaglio workshop of Damien Valero. He was introduced to typography by Rudi Meyer and Philippe Millot. He made a work experience as typesetter with Michael Caine.
Kevin holds a Master’s Degree with option typography from the ENSAV La Cambre in Belgium. After his studies he discovered sign painting in internet and began painting in Brussels. In 2014 after obtaining a scholarship to support artisans in the fields of heritage, he joined David Adrian Smith to learn the techniques of glass guilding and set up his own workshop in Brussels.
